Program Terms

Participation, promotion and commission standards

Version 1.0 — Proposed effective date: October 31, 2026 ## 1. Introduction and acceptance These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions govern participation in the JusticeParalegals.com Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated by JusticeParalegals.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying to participate, an applicant agrees to these Terms, the applicable published program settings, and the Company's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Participation begins only after approval by an authorized program administrator. ## 2. Purpose of the affiliate program The Program allows approved affiliates to promote eligible JusticeParalegals self-help document preparation software and earn commissions on qualifying purchases attributed to their approved referral links. JusticeParalegals provides technology for self-help document preparation, including selected bankruptcy, divorce, and immigration forms. JusticeParalegals is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, attorney-client services, or guarantees of legal outcomes. Affiliates must accurately describe the software and must not represent themselves as attorneys, legal advisers, or authorized representatives of JusticeParalegals. ## 3. Affiliate eligibility and approval Applicants must provide accurate registration, identity, contact, and promotional-channel information. The Company may review an applicant's website, social media presence, promotional methods, and compliance history before approval. Affiliates must comply with applicable laws, advertising requirements, platform policies, and these Terms. The Company may reject applications or suspend participation for legitimate business, security, compliance, or fraud-prevention reasons. ## 4. Commission structure The standard affiliate commission is 20% of eligible collected payments. Authorized promotional campaigns may provide increased commission rates up to 50%, subject to the campaign's published eligibility requirements, qualifying products, effective dates, and applicable conditions. Commissions apply only to products designated as eligible under the Company's published program settings. Commissions are not earned merely through clicks, registrations, application submissions, abandoned checkouts, or unpaid orders. ## 5. Referral attribution Approved affiliates may receive unique referral links for tracking eligible customer purchases. Referral attribution is subject to the published attribution period and the Company's tracking and eligibility rules. A qualifying purchase must be accurately attributed to the affiliate, successfully paid, and not excluded under these Terms. Referral tracking may be affected by customer privacy settings, cookie restrictions, browser limitations, and other technical conditions. The Company does not guarantee that every referral visit will produce an attributed transaction. ## 6. Commission validation, refunds, and chargebacks All commissions are subject to verification. Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, disputed, or charged-back transactions are not eligible for final commission payment. The Company may reverse or adjust commissions associated with such transactions, including previously approved amounts, subject to applicable law and the published refund policy. Duplicate transactions, self-referrals prohibited by the published program rules, artificial purchases, and manipulated attribution are not qualifying purchases. ## 7. Payment and payout eligibility Affiliate commissions are paid according to the published payout schedule, payout method, currency, minimum payout threshold, and approval procedures. Payment is subject to successful verification of qualifying transactions, applicable refund or dispute periods, valid payout details, and required tax documentation. The Company may hold disputed or suspicious commissions pending reasonable investigation. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. ## 8. Membership fee waiver Approved affiliates receive a waiver of applicable affiliate membership fees for the first six months following approval, consistent with the published program settings. Any membership fee that may apply after the waiver period must be disclosed separately before it becomes payable. A membership fee waiver does not guarantee commission earnings. ## 9. Promotional responsibilities Affiliates must promote JusticeParalegals accurately, professionally, and transparently. Affiliates must not: - Make false or misleading statements about software capabilities, eligibility, approval, or results. - Promise legal outcomes, bankruptcy discharge, divorce judgments, immigration approval, or government acceptance. - Claim that JusticeParalegals provides legal advice or representation. - Impersonate JusticeParalegals employees, attorneys, government agencies, or licensed professionals. - Use spam, deceptive advertising, unauthorized brand impersonation, fraudulent clicks, or misleading referral methods. - Promote services or transactions that are unavailable or restricted in the customer's jurisdiction. - Collect customers' sensitive legal or financial information on behalf of JusticeParalegals without written authorization. Affiliates must clearly disclose material commission relationships in promotional content in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement laws. ## 10. Independent relationship Affiliates participate as independent promotional partners. Participation does not establish employment, a partnership, a franchise, an agency relationship, or authority to enter contracts on behalf of JusticeParalegals. Affiliates may not bind the Company or make commitments on its behalf. ## 11. Intellectual property JusticeParalegals retains ownership of its trademarks, logos, software, website content, and other intellectual property. Affiliates may use only promotional materials and brand assets expressly authorized by the Company, solely for approved Program activities. Unauthorized alteration, impersonation, or misleading use of Company branding is prohibited. ## 12. Privacy and confidentiality Affiliates must comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws and the published Affiliate Privacy Notice. Affiliates must not attempt to access customer records, purchase details, personal information, or internal Program data beyond what is authorized through their accounts. Confidential business information, commission records, and nonpublic customer information must be protected against unauthorized disclosure. ## 13. Taxes and documentation Affiliates are responsible for applicable taxes arising from their commission earnings. The Company may require tax forms, identity verification, and payment-related documentation before approving payouts. The Company may withhold or delay payments where required by applicable law or where necessary documentation has not been provided. ## 14. Inactivity and termination Affiliate accounts may be reviewed for inactivity according to the published Program settings. Where applicable, advance notice will be provided before an inactivity-related account action. The Company may suspend or terminate participation for fraud, material violations, security concerns, or other legitimate grounds consistent with applicable law. Following termination, new referrals and commissions cease unless otherwise required by the published rules or applicable law. Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to verification, adjustments, and applicable payout conditions. ## 15. Program modifications The Company may update Program rules, eligible products, commission rates, and promotional conditions. Material changes will be communicated through published program settings, notices, or updated Terms as appropriate. A new version of the Terms may require renewed affiliate acceptance before continued participation. Previously earned commissions will be handled according to the terms applicable when they were earned, subject to fraud, refunds, chargebacks, and applicable law. ## 16. No guaranteed earnings Participation does not guarantee referrals, purchases, commissions, profits, or any minimum level of income. Earnings depend on qualifying customer transactions and compliance with Program requirements. ## 17. Contact information Questions regarding the Affiliate Program may be directed to JusticeParalegals through its official website or designated Program support channels. Website: https://justiceparalegals.com General legal contact: legal@justiceparalegals.com ## 18. Agreement By accepting these Terms, an applicant acknowledges having read and understood the Program requirements and agrees to comply with the published Affiliate Program Terms, Affiliate Privacy Notice, and applicable Company policies.
