JusticeParalegals.com is a technology platform and professional directory. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. The self-help software allows users to enter information into forms they select; it does not determine which form, legal option, or strategy is right for a user. A user's relationship with an independent attorney, if any, is separate from the user's relationship with JusticeParalegals.com.

Information used by the software

Account registration collects information such as your name, email, credentials, role and contact details. Professional accounts may provide profile and professional-credential information. Software questionnaires collect the answers you choose to enter; generated documents use those answers. Do not enter unnecessary personal information into support messages or public job postings.

Purpose and service providers

The platform uses account, purchase and questionnaire information to authenticate users, control purchased access, populate user-selected forms, deliver downloads and provide technical support. Authentication and database services may use Supabase. PayPal processes enabled payment transactions. Email delivery depends on the configured mail provider.

The platform's payment flow uses provider transaction identifiers, amounts, currencies and payment status. Do not send full card numbers or CVVs in forms, support messages or uploads.

Professional contact and preferences

Software terms acceptance does not authorize marketing, lawyer matching, referrals or disclosure of your questionnaire answers to an independent professional. Independent advertising and permitted job postings remain separate. The platform does not match your case or automatically assign it to a lawyer.

Document access and retention

The document download period is 30 days from the first successful download. The platform records the first download and expiry dates separately from the document's contents. Save your own copies. See Your document access for recorded dates.

The document expiry reminder schedule is 15, 7 and 2 days before expiry. Email reminder delivery is currently unavailable; save your documents before expiry. Reminder messages do not include your form answers or document attachments.

Expiry of download access is separate from deletion. Automatic irreversible document deletion is disabled. Account, consent, necessary contact and transaction records are separate from document content.

Access and questions

Account and document access require the appropriate authorization. Use platform support for privacy and account requests. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or confidential documents in an initial request.
