The self-help software allows users to enter information into forms they select; it does not determine which form, legal option, or strategy is right for a user. A user's relationship with an independent attorney, if any, is separate from the user's relationship with JusticeParalegals.com.

Self-help legal software

JusticeParalegals.com sells or licenses self-help legal software. You independently select your forms, provide your own information and answers, and review the documents the software populates using those answers. You are responsible for signing where required and arranging filing and service yourself.

The software does not decide legal eligibility, choose legal strategies or determine which forms, court, county or filing pathway apply to you. You must verify official instructions, filing requirements, deadlines and current form editions yourself.

Scope of the platform

JusticeParalegals.com is not a law firm or legal representative. It does not provide legal advice or representation, file or serve documents for customers, match customers with lawyers, or provide lawyer referrals or endorsements. Buying software does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Independent advertising and job postings

Independent professional listings, advertising and permitted job postings are separate from software purchases. A listing is not an endorsement, referral or assignment of your matter. Any independently arranged professional relationship is separate from your relationship with JusticeParalegals.com. Direct consumer paralegal hiring and related platform payments are unavailable.

Software purchases and documents

Review the configured price and included form before checkout. Access to one form does not grant access to other paid forms. Unavailable forms cannot be purchased. Existing authorized access and purchase records are retained separately from document access.

A document's download period ends 30 days after its first successful download. Save your own copy and review the date shown in Your document access. Automatic document deletion is not active. No paid extended document-storage subscription is offered.

Representative forms

Automatic consumer G-28 preparation is disabled. JusticeParalegals.com is not your immigration representative and does not automatically attach G-28 to customer packets. Authorized historical downloads remain separate from new preparation.
